Fully decorated Tokyo street set inside of a warehouse for full control of lighting and environment. Included in the space: - Outdoor street set - Ramen Shop with dining tables - Video store with working TVs (play custom footage) - Happy Mart Asian convenience store - Bar Front - Bus Stop - Working Traffic Light - Light up pay phone - Alley way - Misc Props Virtual Production LED wall can also be added on for an additional rate. The video wall is 30 ft wide by 12 ft tall with a slight curve. 2.8mm pixel pitch with Unreal Engine and camera tracking capabilities. Also ask about our 1 ton grip package or lighting package rentals. We also have rigging points for wire work installed throughout the space. Stunt coordinator and rigger can be added on for an additional rate as well. NOTE: Let us know if you are planning on recording audio. Sometimes we have multiple productions happening in the same building. Please reach out if this is a concern.

Fully blacked out warehouse space. No natural light unless you open the loading dock door. This set features many practical lights, some with RGB features controlled by app.

The space is not soundproof. It's relatively quiet besides the occasional train that runs once in a while. We will have workers and other shoots in the building sometimes, so please let us know if you need it to be fully quiet.

Crew access is on the ground floor. You can load straight through the front door or load in from the loading dock door. Easy access from the parking lot. A staging area is available. The lobby can be used for staging, crew, and talent. We also have a talent green room for make up and wardrobe.

Plenty of outlets and tons of power, up to 200 amps. All rooms are available for shooting, and shooting the exterior of the building is allowed.

Cancel 7+ days before your start time for a full refund. Cancel inside 7 days and a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total applies, with the remainder refunded. Cancellations inside 24 hours of your start time are non-refundable.
