Terms of Service

Submitting an inquiry or reservation places a hold on a space but does not guarantee availability until the booking is confirmed. Some locations require approval before a booking is confirmed. A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment is received and any required agreement is signed.

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may include cleaning and service fees.
• Bookings within seven days of the shoot are paid in full at checkout. Bookings more than seven days out require a deposit, with the remaining balance charged automatically to the card on file before the shoot date.
• You authorize us to charge your saved payment method for the balance, approved overtime, and any applicable fees described at checkout or in your agreement.

Cancellations are subject to our refund policy in effect at the time of booking, which is presented during checkout and may include a cancellation fee. Refund amounts depend on how far in advance you cancel relative to your shoot date. The policy applied to your booking is the one shown when you reserved.

• You agree to follow each location’s house rules, operating hours, capacity limits, and the directions of on-site staff.
• You are responsible for your cast, crew, guests, and vendors, and for any damage caused during your booking.
• Activities that are illegal, unsafe, or outside the scope of your booking are not permitted and may result in immediate termination without refund.

Depending on the booking, you may be required to sign a rental agreement, sign a damages waiver, and provide a certificate of insurance naming the location as additional insured. These documents form part of your booking terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CinePacks Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the spaces or the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking will not exceed the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The site, including its text, graphics, logos, and photography, is owned by CinePacks Studios or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse this content without our permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
